		<description>I agree with you, Noel.  I really think that bad economic times will  wean out businesses that have little to offer.  I really think now is the time to grow one&#039;s business - especially taking advantage of lower advertising rates.  People will buy what they can justify in their minds, regardless of the economy.</description>
